When you close the hood, a simple tap of the handle releases the lock pin and the spring slams it back into place with a satisfying metallic click.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe frame of the pin is a beautifully contoured 5-axis piece of 6061 aluminum, and all other hardware is stainless steel for corrosion resistance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach kit comes with 2 full hood pin assemblies (pin with two locking nuts, washers, lock pin assembly, and adhesive backing for installation of the lock pin frame).
