Kinetic Rotating Assembly
5 tiny M2 stainless steel fasteners secure the flywheel to the crank, providing an elegant touch point for actuating the movement of the model. With each turn of the flywheel, you're rewarded with the intricate mechanical dance of the pistons in the correct cross-plane crankshaft motion. If you have opted for the long block, you'll witness an even more diminutive spectacle as each rocker arm, valve, spring, and lifter actuates in synchronized motion with the pistons and crankshaft. This may be the ultimate desktop display, but fair warning, you may find yourself spending hours spinning the flywheel just to watch the timeless mechanical show.
