All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship from Waterloo, Ontario via Canada Post. Standard shipping times within Canada typically range from 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your package

  • The destination

  • The selected shipping method

We do not guarantee delivery dates, as we rely on third-party carriers.
