Billet cylinder heads are often the centerpiece of an engine build. Mounted prominently atop the engine, they showcase the care and attention to detail poured into the project. Whether you're chasing peak performance from your classic RM250 to match today’s bikes, or revitalizing a restoration, we’re proud to offer our take on what a billet cylinder head should be.
Born from a passion project by one of our engineers, this cylinder head was designed to improve power delivery and fill a gap in the market - where beauty meets performance. The result is a carefully sculpted design that blends flowing curves with crisp, defined contours. Machined on a state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC, its complex geometry and refined finishes set it apart from the traditionally blocky, hard-edged designs common in the market today.
Paired with the WORKS PERFORMANCE dome, this billet head not only looks stunning, it transforms the way your late 90's RM250 delivers power. Targeting improvements in the mid to bottom end, the WORKS dome widens the powerband while maintaining the explosive top end power these bikes are known for.
Machined from aerospace-grade aluminum, this head offers enhanced thermal conductivity and strength compared to cast aluminum. This helps heat dissipate faster while providing enhanced resistance to warping and cracking under high stress conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON WORKS PERFORMANCE DOME
We are currently testing the WORKS PERFORMANCE dome insert design. Currently each kit will ship standard with the OEM/Stock style dome. Alternatively, if you would like to take part in our prototyping process, you can select the WORKS dome to be included in the kit instead of the stock replica. If you choose this dome, we ask you to test it and provide feedback on the performance. When we have finalized the design of the dome, we will send you a new one free of charge.
Spare domes can be added to the order at a discounted rate when purchased with a cylinder head kit. If you purchase a spare WORKS dome, the same prototype conditions apply.
Each cylinder head kit comes with everything you need to install the head and get racing:
(1) Cylinder head (Machined from billet 6061-T6 Aluminum)
(1) Your choice of dome insert (Machined from billet 7075-T6 Aluminum)
(1) O-ring seal kit
(6) Head nuts with copper washers
(1) Upper engine bracket kit
