Mounting non-round components inside a multi-tasking Mill-Turn machine is a difficult task. Intelline Works' new Machining Table for the A2-6 Spindle Nose removes the complexity. Simply remove your standard chuck and bolt on this direct replacement. The top surface can be machined for your use, including precision pin holes, drilled and tapped holes, or through holes to make vise, clamp, or direct part mounting possible.
Made from 6061 aluminum, this product is lightweight, and easy to modify to your needs. This current version adapts a standard A2-6 Spindle nose to a 300mm diameter table ready to mount whatever will fit in your machine. Over 250mm projection from the spindle face. Other spindle nose sizes are optional, along with custom table sizes. Hard anodizing is available.
Verified fit on our Mazak integrex i250. Will fit other machines with the same A2-6 spindle nose.
