Note that development for the Ford engines is still in progress, delivery times will be slightly longer than standard as we finalize fitment and testing of the design.

This one has been a long time coming...

We've been disappointed for years with what other aftermarket intakes have to offer. Plenty of sheet metal, cast, and billet options have been on the market for years, but one way or another involve heavy compromises. Power robbing short runners, restrictive throttle areas, intercooler sandwiches that look like a forgotten design feature crammed in at the last minute. Not to mention that any somewhat functional design usually involves you punching a hole in your hood.

We set out to design something better knowing two things:

First, your intake manifold must be easily customized and optimized for YOUR build and purpose. There is no one-size fits all manifold, and an optimally tuned manifold can easily make the difference between winning and losing.

And second, if you're paying for the many hours of complex machining, engineering design, and optimization that a billet intake manifold has to offer, it had better be the most beautiful centerpiece for your engine while we're at it.

Enter, the Intelline Juggernaut billet intake manifold for the gen3 Hemi engine. No compromise, all optimized. Simply tell us your target peak power RPM, displacement, aspiration setup, and main use case, and we 3D print runner inserts in ultra high temp carbon fiber reinforced PPS optimized for your build. We can customize the Juggernaut intake for builds targeting peak power at anywhere from 4500rpm to over 9000rpm, displacements from the stock 5.7 Hemi up to monstrous 440 (&.2L) stroker builds, turbocharged setups targeting well over 2000hp with our dual air-to-water intercooler cores, nitrous spray, methanol injection, you name it.

AND even with all of those features... it fits under the stock hood. Yep, that's right, no hole in the hood required. However you may just want to make a hood window anyway so you can spend more time staring at the gorgeous 5-axis machining and sculpted contours of this one-of-a-kind engine centerpiece.
